Add FamMastery Practitioner Discussion Groups to your Calendar

Keep the full FamMastery schedule in one place, with the correct dates, session times and Microsoft Teams detail included.

FamMastery takes place on the third Tuesday of each month from 1:00pm to 2:00pm AEST/AESDT.

How to add FamMastery to your calendar

Follow the steps below to save the FamMastery sessions to whichever calendar you use.

Adding the sessions

1

Choose your calendar

Clicking “Add to Calendar” opens a window with three options: Google, Outlook and Apple/iCal. Google and Apple/iCal each add the complete monthly series in one go.

2

If you are using Outlook

Outlook opens a short menu so that you can choose what to add. The work or school and Outlook.com options add the next session only. To save every session at once, choose the Outlook desktop app option, which downloads the full series instead.

3

If you downloaded an .ics file

Apple/iCal and the Outlook desktop app both download an .ics file to your computer. Right-click the downloaded file and choose “Open with”, selecting the calendar you wish to use (usually Outlook Classic). When prompted, select “Import”.

4

Save the sessions

Follow the prompts to add the session details and Microsoft Teams link to your calendar.
