Why WA FamMastery Exists

Most family lawyers already have access to legal information.

What is often missing is the opportunity to discuss how experienced practitioners approach the realities of practice.

WA FamMastery has been created to provide that space.

Meet Your Host

Kim Morrison

Family law is rarely straightforward. Every practitioner will encounter matters that test their judgment, challenge their approach and require them to make difficult decisions with limited information.

WA FamMastery is built around those realities. Hosted by Kim Morrison, this initiative has been designed to create a space where Western Australian family lawyers can engage in practical discussions about the issues they face every day.

Drawing on her experience working within the family law profession, Kim will facilitate conversations focused on strategy, preparation, client management, risk, advocacy and the many challenges that sit beyond legislation and case law.

The focus is not on lectures. The focus is on discussion. On hearing different perspectives. On exploring practical approaches to complex situations. And on creating a professional environment where WA practitioners can engage openly with the realities of practice.
